EXAMINATION INFORMATION 

Subject: Examination Session – Sun 5th July 2026

Congratulations to your child/children for their hard work in class. If you have more than one child, please check your invoice to confirm which child is being entered for this examination session. They are scheduled to take examinations on Sunday  5th July 2026.

  • Fees deadline: Saturday 6th June 2026

Attendance – important

Please continue to attend all classes. If lessons are missed before the exam, your child may be withdrawn from this session and moved to the next.

Please confirm your child will be able to attend all lessons leading up to the exam session.

 

Timings and Timetables

The specific timings for both practice sessions and examinations are still being finalised. At present, the exam time displayed on your invoice is not the confirmed time for your child’s examination. Once the practice and exam timetables have been prepared, they will be updated accordingly and shared with you.

This communication has been sent exclusively to candidates who are participating in this particular exam session.

Further details regarding examination procedures and requirements can be found in the DSSD Exam area on the website. Exam timetables will be published in the password-protected section of the website as soon as they are available. Please ensure you do not share access to this area with others.

Payment

  • Online: use the Pay Now button on your Exam invoice (Stripe).

  • Cash: return in an envelope labelled with the candidate’s name and exam and give to Miss Dena.

 

Acknowledgement

Kindly acknowledge receipt of this email by replying to confirm both that you have received this message and that your child will be present at all scheduled classes leading up to the examinations.

Should this be your child’s first DSSD exam, please also provide the candidate’s full name and date of birth, so we can ensure the details on their exam certificate are correct. We would appreciate your response with these details at your earliest convenience.

Class Manager portal (timetable updates)

When available, practice/exam times will appear in your Class Manager parent portal calendar (if set up).

If your child already dances at ECC, they will not require a practice.
